About 40 Acres of land on this ranch has become unusable and died off due to flooding from lack of county road maintenance and beavers. We have recently drained this area and cleared out some trees to build a road and drainage ditch through through the swamp, maintain the original water levels. Then remove the dead timber to try and make this land productive again. This will be an interesting project. amantine
