Happy birthday sweet Champ! He turned eight today. Love my boy!

If my granny-body-of-the-future can drop into the splits at 95… then yes, all that protein, vitamins, and strength training were WORTH IT. 😂✨

But real talk—I didn’t always train smart. I used to grind myself into the ground with HIIT + cardio, thinking more was better. Instead, my body stayed inflamed, I was exhausted, and eventually I just quit because I couldn’t keep up.
