I love this doctor explaining the importance of moving the lymph system. He discusses how sitting is the new smoking. Not good!!
This is a chiropractor that has a YouTube station called "Stop Chasing Pain." He shares thr "big 6" exercises that literally be done in 5 minutes or less.

Keeping your nervous sysyem healthy and well is key. Your body has a hard time healing when it is stressed. Stress actually creates illnesses in the body if you continue to stay there. There are many things you can do to lower stress in your body. A list of my favorites.

1) BREATHE
2) Take a walk
3) Get out in nature.
4) Meditate
5) Journal
6) Reiki session
7) Read a book
8) Talk to a friend
9) Sit in the sunshine
10) Exercise

I had my yearly eye exam yesterday. All went great! No changes again! 70 years young. They always say...well you know...you're getting older. They watch me and my siblings for macular degeneration as well as glaucoma. Dad had macular and Mom glaucoma.
My husband turns 65 next month and still doesn't need a prescription!
We are both grateful!
After 10 years of wearing contacts...switching to glasses. Wish me luck!
