Escape the Room is a fun, interactive entertainment concept located in downtown Springfield, Oregon. You will have to solve puzzles and find clues...but you only have 60 minutes to complete the game! Our rooms are designed to be family friendly. We have a party/meeting room making Escape the Room Oregon perfect for birthday parties or events.

Here is the story:
You are a group of paranormal investigators and its the day you have been waiting for!
There is a mysterious cabin on the edge of town that only appears for a short time and then seems to disappear again....usually after someone enters it.
An old scientist use to live there. Rumor had it he was working on a time machine to go back and save his wife that died.
But now, when it appears people enter never to be seen again. Its your task to enter the cabin to find out what is actually going on and stop the cabin from claiming any more victims.

Local legend has it, there is a cabin in the woods just a few miles outside of town that appears and vanishes every couple of years. It is rumored that around the turn of the century, this cabin belonged to a genius scientist that used the cabin to work on a time travel machine to go back and rescue his then-dead wife.
One day his cabin disappeared without a trace and no one heard of him again.
When the cabin reappears, it stays until someone goes inside and then vanishes again. It is a mystery what happens to the people. Where did they go? Is the scientist doing something to them? Why do they not come back when the Cabin does?
Now the cabin is back and there is a new opportunity to stop this mad man before more innocent people are taken and lost forever. You must be brave enough to enter the cabin and investigate what he was working on and put a stop to his madness and make it out alive.

You and your friends find yourself stranded after running out of gas in the woods of the Pacific Northwest. With no sign of a gas station for miles, you set out to follow a road you all noticed a ways back; it leads you to an old cabin. Instead of the help you hoped to discover, you only find the leavings of a paranoid, conspiracy-theorist preparing for the end of the world. The door locks behind you, and you find the cabin is booby-trapped and rigged to explode! Can you make it out in time?

We are looking for our next part time Game Master to join Escape The Room Oregon!
Part time= 5-10 hours a week. Weekends required
Must have:
Attention to detail
Ability to multi task
Ability to sit and focus
Ability to speak in front of a crowd with ease
Experience with stagecraft/light construction
Love of escape rooms! (Seriously, if you have never played, don't apply)
