We’re excited to introduce Mandee Adams, as a member of the MMI Property Solutions team, joining us as the Regional Property Manager. In her role, Mandee will oversee all of the MMI properties. She is an amazing asset to our team with her experience across all facets of property management and real estate. Please join us in welcoming Mandee to the team!

Our amazing new maintenance tech at the Cottages not only completed 70 work orders in his first month, but he also found the time to power wash all the side walks! The residents are so happy with the new maintenance turn around times as well as the upgraded curb appeal of the community.

We’re excited to introduce Deborah Myers and Eloni Gray, as the newest members of the MMI Property Solutions team! They are both joining us as Property Managers. Deborah is the new PM of our The Cottages Of Hot Springs site and has done a wonderful job getting the renovation projects completed. Eloni is the PM of Airport Place Apartments and is doing a wonderful job in completing the transition of management companies.

We're so excited to have both of these amazing leaders on our team and can't wait to see what they accomplish!

The new property manager at The Cottages gave the office a face lift! The residents are so excited to have the lounge and sun room turned back into useable space. Deborah has been on the team for only 1 week so far but has made a huge impact already.

We had the opportunity to join the Liberty Park Apartments Team at the AUSA annual Chapter Dinner. Grateful for the opportunity to connect and support this incredible community and its service members!

We're spreading the word about how wonderful our properties are 😍 Liberty Park just got a brand new billboard set up in St. Robert and Airport Place Apartments just got some beautiful new banners and yard signs to help easily identify the property from the road.

In her role, Leslie keeps marketing and investor relations efforts running smoothly by managing investor communications and reporting, as well as branding updates and managing social media pages. In her role, Barb keeps everything running smoothly by supporting the team with whatever they need from handling invoicing to jumping in wherever help is needed most. We just had new gutters installed at our Hot Springs property. This is just one of the many projects we have in process to improve the Hot Springs location! Next up the office renovations and community gardens. We can’t wait to see the finished product 🤩

New Roofs are being installed at The Cottages of Hot Springs over the next few weeks. We are excited to get this project completed by Spring! 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️
