Brothers in Law resides in Oregon’s Southern Willamette Valley.
Brothers in Law is rooted in outlaw and cosmic country and brings music that is raucous and troubling as well as songs that build on dreamy landscapes and real life stories of love and loss. Over the last 10 years, they have performed at venues throughout the Eugene/Springfield area and beyond. The band is composed of brothers in law Greg Oldson (guitar and vocals) and Justin Boe (lap steel) along with the impeccable rhythm section of Steve Korin (upright bass) and Kevin Lee Okerlund (drums). From high energy outlaw country to songs that carry you into a dream state across the desert, Brothers in Law draws from drifters and mercurial storytellers, including years of Oldson’s own original songwriting.

Wow, Festival of Friends PNW! We're still smiling from such a great festival this past weekend. There's some real special magic happening at this festival that you want to be part of. We were honored to be included with so many great bands and loved closing the festival out with everyone on the dance floor to a soul-recharging set by Bon Bon Vivant.
We're excited to be back playing our last Thursday of the month at Oakshire Public House this Thursday, July 30th from 6 to 8. Bon Bon Vivant is playing starting at 9 over at Blair Alley later that evening (https://www.facebook.com/events/3428826990620679), so we're calling our show the Totally Unofficial Bon Bon Vivant Pre-party. Come get warmed up with us at Oakshire and then let's all head over to the Bon Bon Vivant show!

About a year ago we I was lucky enough to have the greatest birthday celebration yet so many musical friends of mine including Brothers in Law. This tune is Waiting on a Long Train.
