Provide an AFSCME welcome to the lawmakers attending the ISU Redbird Legislative Reception at the Abraham Lincoln Doubletree (701 E Adams in Springfield) on Tuesday, April 14th, 5:30-6:30pm. Members of AFSCME Local 1110 at ISU are on strike for a living wage. Show up to hand out leaflets at the entrances asking lawmakers to support the striking workers by helping them get a fair contract to end the strike.

Dues are going up $0.75 per paycheck in January. Make sure your dues amount on your paystub today is $33.84. Bring donations for Local 1019's winter drive to the hybrid quarterly membership meeting.
