Wasn’t feeling very well the other day but still wanted something to eat. Made some ramen, but only ate not even half. It was good though.
Sorry for not posting much. Family has been sick the last week or so and it’s been hitting everybody. I am finally feeling better today and might make a video later today easy recipe.

I’ve got plenty of hands-on cooking experience and some culinary school behind me. These are simple cooking facts that can help anyone in the kitchen.
1. Preheat your pan before adding food.
2. Season in layers, not all at once.
3. Let meat rest after cooking to keep it juicy.
4. You don’t need fancy ingredients — good technique matters more than the recipe.
5. Crowding the pan causes steaming, not browning. Space equals flavor.
6. Sharp knives are safer than dull ones.
7. Fat carries flavor — don’t be afraid of a little oil or butter.
8. Acid (lemon or vinegar) can fix a bland dish faster than more salt.
9. Cooking by smell and sound is just as important as cooking by time.
10. If something sticks, it usually isn’t ready to flip yet.
