Just sharing a little about my doula services for those who may be new here.

As a birth, postpartum, and bereavement birth worker. I support families through pregnancy, labor, and the fourth trimester. My role is to provide emotional support, physical comfort, education, and guidance so mothers and families feel supported every step of the way. Even if you experience a miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion. I am available and trained to support all women.

These are the doula services I currently offer! Payment plans are available for services.

As always I accept donations to assist a mom in need. Your donation will help a mom who needs doula support, overnight assistance, labor and delivery assistance and more.

Yesterday I had the honor of speaking on the news about what it truly means to be a doula and the work I provide in my community. I am a birth worker for all, but I specialize in caring for Black women because of the disparities and mistreatment we continue to face within the maternal health system. Supporting families through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum is sacred work.

Being a young business owner in this field isn’t always easy. Sometimes respect can feel harder to earn, especially when elders may look at my age before they look at my experience. But I’m grateful that my age has never taken opportunities away from me or stopped me from walking fully in my purpose. Moments like this remind me that the work speaks for itself. Sometimes I don’t even realize the depth of the impact I’m making — especially when only certain spaces openly recognize the importance of birth work — but being acknowledged for supporting someone during one of the most vulnerable moments of their life is something I hold close to my heart.

Thank you to the Urban League and the Empower Her Program for providing a platform for me to continue growing and expanding my practice. This opportunity is one of many, and I’m beyond grateful ❤️

Alongside Monday’s drawing, I wanted to create another opportunity for people to experience my work in an accessible and intentional way.

Each session includes a 30–40 minute full-body assisted stretch focused on increasing flexibility, relieving tension, and restoring balance in the body.
