These Afghan dumplings are called Mantu. They are stuffed with minced beef, steamed to perfection, then topped with a delicious pea & carrot qorma, garlic yogurt, dried mint and a sprinkle of cayenne. They are savory with a little kick and make for a perfect appetizer!
