I’ve tried a lot of brunch spots around Springfield, and these three really stand out.

First, Gailey’s Breakfast Café. This place is known for its giant pancakes, classic diner style breakfast, and that really cool historic downtown vibe.

Next is Early Bird Breakfast Pub in which they’re known for creative brunch dishes, mimosa flights, and a really fun brunch atmosphere.

And then First Watch. This place is a great option if you’re looking for something a little lighter, with fresh breakfast options, juices, and healthier choices.
