One of the best things about May are the beautiful outdoor set ups.

But without a good team, events like this can turn into a disaster quick! Things not seen to hold down the event-

-Glue dots to hold down napkins and vases

-Weights to hold down the pipe and drape to keep from blowing over

-Rocks or weights in vases to keep water from getting knocked onto guests

-Table clips to keep linens from blowing up and knocking everything off

-Trained and dedicated staff working to put back silverware, and whatever else does shift with every gust of wind 💨 from being outside.
