Every leader started somewhere.
A Sonic carhop on roller skates. A kid with a corn knife in a Nebraska bean field. A teenager behind a Fossil watch counter at the mall. Before the executive titles and corner offices, the 2025–2026 cohort of The Legacy Network started there, too.
The first desk doesn’t define the professional. But the lessons learned there often shape how they lead.
If you’re ready to grow your influence, expand your perspective and sharpen your leadership alongside other executives shaping 417-land, applications for the 2026–2027 cohort close May 31.
Only 24 leaders are selected. Apply here: http://legacynetwork.biz417.com.

Real questions. Real scenarios. Real application. The Fully Loaded experience at Biz 417’s Ladies Who Launch is where the work happens.
This event offers two ticket options, Classic and Fully Loaded. Classic delivers the signature Friday mainstage, including keynotes, networking and the full midday lineup.
But if you're ready to go deeper, Fully Loaded takes things a step further.
It starts Thursday evening with an opening reception, continues Friday morning with guided activities and small-group Rise & Shine Workshops led by Jenny Wood or Dr. Meg Myers Morgan—built for questions and real scenarios before the mainstage begins.

Real leaders. Real mentorship. Real stakes.
Bryant Young requested Logan Aguirre as his mentor during The Legacy Network because she’d already done what he was about to do: buy the family business.
That’s the power of this program. Mentors aren’t randomly assigned. They’re matched to the leaders, the moments and the decisions that matter most.
