The Niekamp Family:
Anna and I go way back to our college days showing horses together, so when she reached out to me on Facebook as she was nearing graduation from Vet School (WOO HOO! 👏🐴🩺), I was so excited for her and honored she trusted me to help with this next chapter!
Anna and her husband Ben were relocating to Carthage for her first job after graduation, and we got to work finding a home that fit their needs. We looked at quite a few different options, ran the numbers on several properties, worked through some hurdles, and even navigated a mutual release along the way.
But as always, everything worked out exactly the way it was supposed to. Shortly after, we came across the PERFECT property they had been looking for, off market! I was able to connect with the owner, work through the details, and help bring everything together to make this happen.
