We’re halfway through January already, but it’s still the “new year,” right? 😅 Yes, yes it is. And the new year felt like a good time for a little reintroduction.

For those of you who don’t know me, hi! My name is Ashley. I’m the owner and resident Skin Witch here at Lively Esthetics.

Lively Esthetics is a one-woman show. It’s just me behind the scenes, wearing all the hats and pouring intention into every service, which allows me to create truly bespoke, skin-first rituals and genuine, personal relationships with all my clients.

The flip side of that is… it’s still just me. I’m human, I have ADHD, and burnout is something I’m very vulnerable to. When things feel overwhelming, especially online, my brain tends to pump the brakes.

It’s not that I don’t want to show up here… I just haven’t found a rhythm that works sustainably for me yet. And when the algorithm only shows my posts to five people (I love and cherish all five of you!!!!), it can make consistency feel harder than it needs to be.

I don’t really do resolutions, but this year I want to focus on building this space, along with my blog, podcast, and email list, in a way that actually works for me.

So I’m inviting you along for the journey. I’ll be showing up imperfectly, prioritizing education, transparency, and empowering you to make informed, aligned choices for your skin and your lifestyle.
