She had been lightening her hair herself for years (not recommended 😅) and did an excellent job considering she has about 10 heads worth of hair and naturally very dark. Her hair being this long, thick, and healthy defies all rules of the universe and honestly leaves me scratching my head every time she’s in 😂

Today, instead of the usual platinum tone we’ve been doing she wanted a dusty rose color and I’m here for

Did you know your well water is FULL of minerals that build up on your hair? Luckily, there’s an amazing product to help kick that brassy build up! It’s an at home treatment that can be used weekly to monthly to remove those stubborn minerals.

We’ve been working towards this goal for quite some time now. Platinum hair takes patience and commitment. We spend 6-8 hours on her hair every time and about $300/$400 each visit. All over platinum requires maintenance every 4-6 weeks.

Growth.... all the new growth on my plant babies this time of year reminds me of all the ways I’ve grown.
As a stylist, I work everyday on growing my skills and perfecting my craft. I work on bettering my clients experience every time they walk in the door.
As a mom, I’m constantly growing as my babies grow. I learn to love more, stress less, and appreciate all the moments.
As a person, this year has given me so much growth. I’m more adaptable, stronger, and more forgiving. I’ve learned compassion and had my eyes opened to social inequalities.
I’ll continue to grow everyday just like my plant babies do ☺️

But really, as much as this year was a dumpster fire, I don’t think there’s ever been a year in my life that’s forced this much growth and made me realize just how damn strong I am. I’m thankful for every sh*tty thing that happened to me because it was opportunity after opportunity to prove to myself I can not only survive, but succeed.

So bring it on 2021, I’m ready take on anything you throw at me...

Can we just leave these Christmas decorations up all year??
I LOVE Christmas. Even though this year was very different it was still my favorite holiday.
