NALC Branch 45

Congratulations to NALC Branch 45 President Brian DeWell for winning the election 67-9 for President. And congratulations to NALC Branch 45 Vice President Rob Green for winning the election 66-9 for Vice President.

Thank you Region 11 RAA John Collins for coming to the installation of Branch 45 elected officers. Congratulations to Branch President Brian DeWell, Vice President and Secretary Brian Gourilis, and Treasurer Melissa Blackburn.

Union meeting tonight at 6:30pm. Nominations for all elected officer positions tonight.

On this date in 1890, NALC Branch 45 was established.

Congratulations to Aaron Smith, Jim Israel, and Tre McIntosh. These 3 carriers were converted to full time regular carriers today.

October’s branch meeting will be held on 10/12. Open discussions on the up coming LMOU negotiations will be part of the meeting.

"Those that can...do. Those that can't....supervise." Think that's fitting in Springfield.

Any carrier being given a PDI and issued discipline, for refusing to go back out, needs to file an EEO. The union stewards will grieving the discipline.

Congratulations to Stacey Strayer for being nominated Branch 45 Vice President, and congratulations to Lashawna Hunter for being nominated Branch 45 secretary. Congratulations to Melissa Blackburn for being nominated Branch 45 treasurer. Congratulations to Brian DeWell for being nominated Branch 45 President. All positions were unopposed.
