After experiencing back-to-back deaths in the family, Liberated Creatives' Founder, Keisha McMillen, shares some creative ways her family has processed grief.
This Saturday, on June 20th at 6:30 pm, you're invited to sit in on the live recording of Swept: The Podcast's first episode: "Bringing Death Back to Life." With your host, Keisha McMillen from Liberated Creatives, and guest, Alex Alatorre from Sacred Transitions.

Indi is a BlackโBissaโLatine artivist born in Springfield, Missouri and based in San Diego, California. Indi is the founder and owner of Indigo Childes LLC, a multidisciplinary creative arts network rooted in community, culture, and transformation. With more than a decade of professional experience in local, regional, and national nonprofit organizations, Indi has dedicated over ten years to supporting children, families, and collective wellโbeing. Artivism sits at the core of Indiโs practice, guided by the belief that โart is actionโ โ a force capable of transforming individuals, communities, and systems.
For more than a decade, Indi has developed and refined SOULSCAPING, a distinctive art form described as the โlandscaping of the soul.โ Using the letters found in names of people, places, and things, each SOULSCAPE transforms language into abstracted designs and energetic signatures. These visual mappings invite viewers into unexplored thoughts, feelings, and experiences, revealing shapes, faces, animals, plants, and otherworldly imagery depending on oneโs perspective. A SOULSCAPE can center an individual, a relationship, a group, an event, or an organization โ offering the artist space for processing and giving recipients, observers, and participants a mirror for reflection.
You can join us in celebrating on Saturday, June 20th
