Illinois workers would see boost in wages if a proposed constitutional amendment passes, study finds Study says guaranteeing Illinois workers the “fundamental right” to collectively bargain would boost wages and improve working conditions.

🚨TAX FRAUD ALERT 🚨 EST Gary Perinar spoke at a press conference today with Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul about a lawsuit his office filed against Drive Construction for wage theft and tax fraud. This is a major, multi-million dollar case that was brought forward by the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council. Thanks to all our Representatives for their hard work bringing this to light! We are gearing up for the November election and are calling on labor leaders to join us for discussion around the LABOR 22 political program on Tuesday September 6th. The labor breakfast is for union presidents, business agents, COPE chairs and endorsed candidates.

Labor activists will be called to action starting September 10th as we begin labor walks and phone banks in Macon County. We need all hands on deck to pass the Workers' Rights Amendment and elect labor-friendly candidates.

The Inflation Reduction Act will help UBC members by:
✔️Creating thousands of new prevailing-wage union jobs
✔️Creating new apprenticeship opportunities
✔️Lowering healthcare and energy costs
