Reflecting on her journey, Lori shared:
"Twenty-five years ago, I started as a Credit Representative with Farm Credit East, formerly First Pioneer Farm Credit, and had no idea where the road would lead.

A phone call from Tom Moran changed everything. He saw potential in me that I hadn't yet seen in myself, and I decided to take the leap, earning my MBA from Clarkson University along the way. As a Cornell agribusiness graduate, I didn't exactly plan a career in software, but I've never looked back. Over the years, I've worn many hats at FPI, and each role has taught me something new.

What's kept me here? The people, the challenges, and the purpose. I enjoy finding solutions, building something better alongside talented colleagues, and knowing that our work helps support agriculture. My advice to anyone entering this industry is simple: stay open, keep learning, and embrace new opportunities. If I had to sum up the last 25 years in three words, they would be: Learn. Adapt. Thrive."

Looking back, it’s the combination of personal and professional growth, resilience, shared successes, and the friendships built along the way that truly define these two decades."

"Over the past five years, I've had the opportunity to work with many teams and meet lots of interesting people. Along the way, I've expanded my knowledge, learned new technologies, and strengthened my communication skills. As a remote employee, collaborating with others has been key to my success and growth. I enjoy learning new things, approaching challenges from different angles, and connecting with colleagues whenever we have the chance to meet in person."

Join us in celebrating Jason on his 15th workiversary at FPI.

In honor of his anniversary, we asked how his role has evolved since he first started and what he has learned along the way. He shared:
“I started at FPI as an SE1 on the Northwest Loan Accounting Conversion, fresh out of college. Since then, I’ve grown from an SE to an Architect, and now manage FPI’s Product Development team working with AI and emerging technologies.

Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of letting experts be experts and being comfortable saying, ‘I don’t know,’ so you can learn and grow.”

Thank you for your leadership, innovation, and contributions to FPI over the years. Congratulations again on this well-earned milestone!
