As per recommendations of the Illinois Department of Public Health, there are to be no group gatherings and please practice social distancing (keeping at least 6 feet apart from each other). The chairs and grills unfortunately will remain locked up for the time being as cleaning supplies are too sparse to keep everything disinfected daily. We apologize for the inconveniences, but this is a necessary group effort and we appreciate everyone following guidelines. If you have any questions you can call 217-528-5400 during the new office hours (Monday thru Friday, 9 AM to 11 AM).

Thank you and stay safe,

Please read:

Due to COVID-19, we want to keep you and our staff safe. We are currently operating on limited staff because of this. The office will be open 9 AM to 2 PM and maintenance crew will be on-site 7 AM to 4 PM Monday thru Friday. This can change if conditions worsen. Our staff is disinfecting the office and wiping door handles and handrails in common stairwells every morning.
We are temporarily discontinuing package deliveries inside your homes for the time being. Packages will be left outside of your hallway doors. If you are on the "do not deliver" list, you will still have to pick up your package in the office between 9 AM and 2 PM.
In regards to work orders, our maintenance crew will only be fulfilling emergency work orders. Examples: water problems, heating & air, etc.
This is an IMPORTANT reminder; do not flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper. Our sewer system at this complex is attached to a grinder pit. Everything you flush goes to this pit and the grinders push it all to the city's sewer. The grinders can NOT handle paper towels, wet wipes, or tampons. This will damage our grinder pit and cause a sewer back-up.
Today [3-16-20] Downtown Springfield Inc. will be broadcasting a "town hall" meeting at 3:00 PM. The meeting can be viewed at the following link: https://meetings.ringcentral.com/j/1489582915
We will update this as needed. If you have any questions please call our office at 217-528-5400.
Thank you,
