❤️ December 2021 — Where It All Began

After a devastating tornado tore through Mayfield, Kentucky, community members came together to show support for our fellow brothers and sisters who had lost so much.

People began stopping to donate cash, supplies, materials, and anything they could spare to help families make it through a harsh winter without power.

A group of friends decided we couldn't just sit back and watch. We teamed up with local businesses and organizations, including Bobby Fishers Distributing and the CTC Career Technology Center, where high school students came together to help pack trailers with desperately needed supplies and materials for disaster relief.

Then, that group of friends loaded up and made the trip to Mayfield, Kentucky, delivering those donations directly to the people and communities who needed them.

At the time, we had no idea what that one trip would become.
We didn't know that a few friends coming together to help after a disaster would eventually grow into something much bigger — an organization dedicated to serving others, helping communities, and making a difference for years to come.

That trip became the beginning of Ohio Hope Builders. ❤️
This is just a small preview of the story of how it all started.

Sometimes, you never realize how big something can become when you simply decide to help.
This is where our story began. And we're just getting started.
