WE ARE HIRING!!!

Our main running area is MA, CT, NY, NJ, and Pa, NO NYC. Most Runs are out and back. Dedicated year-round direct customer freight with a large amount of drop and hooks.

Semi-Regional Drivers, Typical work week is Monday am- Friday night. home weekends and most runs are 1 night out, next night home. 2-3 overnights per week, Pay is SALARY based per day. $85k PLUS per year GUARANTEED.

Our Fleet consists of 2016 and newer Freightliner Coronado gliders and 2015 and newer re**er trailers.

Responsibilities:
-Ability to safely operate a Sleeper tractor and 53' trailer throughout the northeast including in tight locations
-Ensure timely and efficient delivery of freight, meeting deadlines.
-Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
-Maintain all company required paperwork
-Ability to communicate with dispatch regarding route updates and delays
- Must Demonstrate a strong work ethic—must be able to complete all assignments in a timely manner.

Requirements:
-Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
-Minimum of 6 months of experience as a truck driver.
-Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
-Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight delivery schedules.
-Must be able to complete all job duties without micromanagement.
-Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
-Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
-Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Screening

Salary
Pay is Salary per day, based on experience, starting at no less than $85,800 per year

Consistent home time home 2-3 nights per week and most weekends off (we do have work if you would like to work weekends)

Then repeat, average 2-3 nights per week in truck. 50 %+ D&H re**er freight , no touch, 99 % direct customers, and we avoid BS shippers/receivers as much as possible. Pay is a daily SALARY based on experience, but starting will be 80k plus per year.

We offer medical/dental/vision insurance. We offer paid holidays and vacations, an assigned late model freightliner tractors.

You must have 6 months experience, the ability to drive a 13/18speed. Be self motivated and able to perform the job duties in a safe efficient manner with little oversight, we do not micro manage. You must be able to pass a DOT drug screen.

The ideal candidate has reliable transportation, is self motivated and mechanically inclined. job duties will vary from assisting shop foreman with repairs, cleaning, organizing, inventorying parts, truck washing, running for parts. Etc. Computer skills are helpful. If you are motivated and willing to learn there is room for professional growth within the company.

After a long wait and a few delays we finally get to welcome our newest truck, a 2023 freightliner cascadia 113 powered by a Demand Detroit DD13 525 backed by a DT12 transmission to our local fleet. The color change from our normal silver and purple represents new beginnings for our company as we grow into the future with a new location and a bigger fleet. We are excited for our other new trucks to arrive in the coming months!

Bittersweet…. 12 years in the same location, the location that allowed this company to grow into what it is today. lots of history here not just for the company but it’s owners and employees.
