Today, ACT and Donco 3 had the opportunity to take the 3rd year apprentices with the Concrete Worker Apprenticeship Program to Nucor - Sedalia's micro-mill, one of the leading rebar manufacturers in the country. It was an incredible behind-the-scenes look at how they take scrap to structural strength rebar.

The apprentices got to see the full cycle of rebar production and learn firsthand how innovation and safety play a role in every step.

A big thank you to the team at Nucor - Sedalia for welcoming us and sharing your knowledge — experiences like these are invaluable as we continue to train the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

We work hard, we pour concrete even harder — but today was all about showing appreciation for the incredible team that makes it happen day in and day out.

To celebrate our crew, we took a well-deserved break and hit Big Shot Golf! From the job site to the tee box, this team brings their A-game every time.
