🎓 Scholarship Opportunity for Future Skilled Trades Students!

The Devon Mikuleza Memorial Scholarship was created in memory of Devon Mikuleza and his passion for the skilled trades. Devon planned to attend Midwest Technical Institute to study HVAC/R, following in the footsteps of his father, John, and brother, Dalton. He enjoyed welding, working on small engines, fishing, camping, and helping his neighbors.

In his honor, this scholarship helps high school seniors who want to continue their education at a trade school and pursue a career in the skilled trades. The scholarship award is a minimum of $500, and since its creation, 9 students have received the scholarship! 💙

📝 How to apply:
• Write a 1–2 page essay explaining why you want to pursue a career in the skilled trades.
• Complete the application form and attach a Word document of your essay.

There is no deadline to apply. Winners are selected annually and presented with their award at the Annual Devon William Mikuleza Memorial Trivia Night in November.

As Devon’s brother Dalton, a graduate of MTI’s HVAC/R Technician Program, shared:

“MTI helped me better understand the job I was going into. The Devon Mikuleza Scholarship will help others get their foot in the door. This scholarship honors Devon by keeping his name alive and helping others do something he loved.”
