This home is a short bike ride to Sequiota Park or AMC Springfield 11 movie theater. Being on almost half an acre, with an inground pool and outside firepit area, it is a great for entertaining or peaceful dialing down after a stressful day at work. Ashley Reynolds, Consumer Journalist, recently presented her Scam School at the North Springfield Betterment Association luncheon. She is relentless in her investigative journalism to protect us from those who are out to take advantage of others. Great presentation!
As a realtor, this point her presentation resenated so I asked her if she’d do a clip for those in my sphere. Thankfully, I’ve had people call me on my listings before they sent any ‘deposit’ to the scammer. Spred the word! We will be starting the season when people start looking to move.
