Listen, Springfield definitely needs something like this. But In their 200 page report, they need 3 acres of land, the proposed space is less than 1 & 1/2 acres.

Get real! This is an unnecessary fight with the citizens. Fix the current infrastructure and historic building in place. This project of “build it and they will come,” is outdated, bcuz Conventions are a thing of the past.
