It's time to glaze these cups & mugs!

It's interesting how the color of the clay changes through this process. As wet clay, it's actually much closer to the final, deep brown color compared to this stage (post bisque fire) where the color really lightens and warms. After the final glaze fire, it will once again become a rich, dark chocolate brown again.

This month's sticker was inspired by this sunny lil' dragonfly goblet that I made early last year. just love the warm colors - it seemed like a perfect sticker to go with the month of June and the Summer solstice! 🌞
