Teresa Haley, Illinois State NAACP President and Region III Candidate for NAACP for National Board keeping up with the Clean Energy Movement. Solar is the way to go to reduce health issues such as birth defects, asthma, and even death in black neighborhoods caused by pollutants that come from contaminants released into the atmosphere or buried beneath the earth's surface. The U.S.communities, mainly black neighborhoods need the Clean Power Plan (CPP).
