The UIS women’s tennis team ended its regular season with a win over Lindenwood. The Stars finished tied for second in their GLVC division.

The men's team ended the year with a victory as it defeated Lindenwood 4-1 on Senior Day. Tomas Martinez and Nick Revin were both 2-0 on the day.

Women's Tennis Clinches GLVC Tournament Spot Versus Lindenwood - UIS Athletics The University of Illinois Springfield women's tennis team completed a late-season run on Saturday that earned the team a spot in the GLVC Tournament. UIS won its final three conference games, including a 4-1 victory on Saturday against Lindenwood.

Women's tennis player Carmen Llopis Fabra was named the GLVC Player of the Week on Tuesday. She went 2-0 and led the Prairie Stars to last week's win over Southern Indiana.

The men’s team captured a 4-3 victory over Southern Indiana, with Matthew Lapsley capturing the final point with a 6-3, 7-6 win at No. 6 singles. Lapsley and Tomas Martinez both went 2-0 in the match. 🌟💪🏼

Men's Tennis Wins All Nine Matches Versus The Hawks - UIS Athletics The University of Illinois Springfield shut out Quincy on the road on Sunday afternoon. The Prairie Stars went 9-0 on the day for a 7-0 team victory over the Hawks.

Women's Tennis Uses Depth To Defeat Quincy - UIS Athletics The University of Illinois Springfield women's tennis team used its depth to earn a 5-2 victory over Quincy on Sunday in Quincy, Ill.

The men’s team swept all nine matches at Quincy, and won by a 7-0 margin. 🧹🤩

The UIS women's tennis team is ranked 43rd in NCAA Division II in the latest team rankings by the ITA. That is one spot away from its highest ranking in program history. 🙌🏼🤩

Tomas Martinez remained rank in the national singles poll as well. He is 68th in this week's NCAA Division II rankings. 👏🏼💫

The women’s team picked up the biggest NCAA victory in history in Harrogate, Tenn. The Prairie Stars defeated Lincoln Memorial, ranked 20th in the nation, by 4-3. 💪🏼🤩

The men's team came up one point short against Lincoln Memorial. Menno Servaes and Sebastian Jonsson were both 2-0 in the dual meet.
