Did you know concerned educators have been trying to help the schools pay attention to dyslexia for over 100 years?

A portion of schools and educators demonstrated a collective shrug 🤷🏻‍♀️ of indifference about learning differences. Not held accountable.

Not my job. Optional. Not required. Not mandated by union rule. The system is broken. Not funded. We can’t find resources. No one told us. Waiting for work training. Fault of teacher prep. We never heard of dyslexia. We are not trained to know if a student is struggling to learn.
