Calling In Heart-Centered Helpers
This is a big ask. But it’s also a big dream.
I’m looking for a small team of kind, intuitive, aligned people who feel called to help me grow two healing-centered businesses and support the self-publishing of two books that have been years in the making.
This isn’t just about dog training or writing a book—it’s about helping animals and their humans heal, connect, and thrive.
Right now, I’m in a transitional space. Health setbacks and caregiving have slowed me down, but I’m still here, showing up. I’ve built something beautiful—and I know with the right team beside me, it can become something even greater.
What I need: help with organization, tech, content, editing, publishing, and spreading the word.
What I offer: heartfelt collaboration, a space to grow your gifts, deep purpose-driven work, and when the money starts flowing (and it will), my team will be paid generously and with deep gratitude.
If this speaks to your soul—or you know someone who might feel called—please reach out.
This work is sacred. And I know I’m not meant to do it alone.

Watching your dog get older is one of the hardest things we do as pet parents. 🐾💔
The graying muzzle, the slower pace, the way they sometimes struggle to get up or seem confused about their surroundings—it all hits deep. It’s a quiet kind of heartbreak.
And yet… you keep showing up.
You make their food softer. You adjust the walk to match their speed. You carry them up the stairs when their legs won’t cooperate. You learn about supplements, massage, aromatherapy, and ways to make them comfortable. You hold space for them when they need it most.
That’s not just care. That’s love in its most selfless, present, and powerful form.
If no one’s told you lately:
💛 You’re doing an amazing job.
💛 It’s okay to feel tired, emotional, and even overwhelmed.
💛 Your dog feels your love in every small act.
Take care of yourself too. Breathe. Rest. Cry if you need to. Reach out to someone who understands. You don’t have to carry this alone.
This part of the journey is tender and sacred—and your dog couldn’t have asked for a better person to walk it with.
If you’re caring for a senior dog, we see you. You’re not alone. 💬
Share one thing that helps you stay grounded during this season—whether it’s journaling, group support, or a hot cup of tea.

There’s something sacred about growing old with a dog. 🐾💛
The pace slows, but the bond deepens. You begin to notice the little things—the way they sigh when they settle next to you, the way their eyes still light up when they see you walk into the room, the way their trust in you has grown over the years.
Senior dogs don’t ask for much, but they deserve the world. Soft beds. Warm meals. Short, sniffy walks. Gentle hands. Extra time. And our full attention.
Caring for an aging dog isn’t always easy, but it’s an honor. It’s a chance to show up for them the way they’ve always shown up for us—without question, without condition, with nothing but love.
So today, we’re pausing to honor all the senior dogs who’ve grown older by our side. The ones who taught us patience. The ones who made us laugh when they were young and snore next to us now. The ones who never needed words to say, “You’re my whole world.”
Do you have a senior dog by your side—or one you still carry in your heart? Drop their name below and tell us what made them special. Let’s honor these beautiful souls together. 💬✨

Just because your dog is getting older doesn’t mean they should stop moving—in fact, gentle movement is one of the best things you can do for their aging body. 🐾💪
Senior dogs still need exercise, but the goal shifts from burning energy to maintaining mobility, circulation, and comfort. It’s about helping them feel good in their body so they can enjoy life with you as long as possible.
Here are a few simple, supportive ways to keep your senior pup moving with ease:
🚶♀️ Short, sniffy walks – Let them take their time. The slow pace and mental stimulation are just as important as the physical movement.
💧 Hydrotherapy – A wonderful low-impact option for dogs with joint pain or stiffness.
🧘♀️ Gentle stretching & range-of-motion exercises – Simple, slow stretches or supported movements can do wonders for joint health.
💆♀️ Massage with our Ache Away Blend – Our custom aromatherapy blend features Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Rosemary, Ylang Ylang, and Frankincense—each chosen to support circulation, ease stiffness, and reduce inflammation. Just a few drops during a calming massage can help your pup move more comfortably.
🌀 Light agility & mobility games – Slowly stepping over low poles or weaving around soft cones helps strengthen their mind-body connection without overdoing it.
The key is listening to your dog. Keep it low-impact, keep it joyful, and honor the days when they just need to rest. 💛
What’s your dog’s favorite gentle activity? Share their golden-year wins in the comments!

Sometimes, supporting your senior dog goes beyond food and supplements—sometimes it’s about energy, intention, and love in all its forms. ✨🐾
Crystals may be gentle, but they can carry powerful energetic support—especially when used with care and intention. For senior dogs, they offer a subtle, soothing layer of comfort and healing that complements everything else you’re doing.
Here are a few of my favorite crystals for aging pups:
🪨 Hematite – Grounding and protective. Wonderful for joint and muscle discomfort. Often used in blends like Ache Away to support physical strength and circulation.
☀️ Citrine – Uplifting and energizing without being overstimulating. Great for seniors who feel a little sluggish or low.
💜 Amethyst – Calming, soothing, and wonderful for easing anxiety or restlessness, especially in dogs who struggle to settle at night.
💖 Rose Quartz – Gentle, heart-healing energy that supports emotional connection—especially meaningful for senior dogs experiencing changes in routine, health, or mobility.
You might find these crystals in our blends, in massage sessions, or tucked into intention jars for your pup. They’re one more way to offer your dog comfort, clarity, and extra TLC as they age.
Do you use crystals with your dog? Or are you curious about how to incorporate them into your dog’s care routine?

Is your pup slowing down or struggling with stiff joints? It might be time to show their body some love from the inside out. 🐕💛
As dogs age, inflammation can creep into their joints, making movement uncomfortable. But nature has gifted us some amazing tools to help support them—starting with what we put in their bowl. 🍲
Here are a few natural, anti-inflammatory heroes we love:
🌿 Turmeric – Packed with curcumin, a powerful anti-inflammatory. (Pair with black pepper for better absorption!)
🐟 Fish Oil – Rich in omega-3s to reduce inflammation and support joint and brain health.
🍖 Bone Broth – Gentle on the tummy and full of glucosamine, collagen, and minerals that support joints and digestion.
🥬 Dark Leafy Greens – Spinach, kale, and others offer antioxidants that reduce oxidative stress.
🍠 Sweet Potatoes & Blueberries – Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich, and full of fiber!
Pairing nourishing foods with gentle movement, massage, or energy work can make a big difference in your senior dog’s comfort level and joy. ✨

Aches and stiffness are common as dogs age—but relief doesn’t have to come in a pill bottle. 🌿✨
Aromatherapy, when used safely and intentionally, can be a gentle, natural way to ease discomfort, support circulation, and help your senior pup relax into their golden years.
That’s why I created the Ache Away Blend—a soothing mix of:
🌼 Roman Chamomile – Gentle but powerful, known for its pain-relieving and calming properties
💜 Lavender – Soothes tension and promotes deep relaxation
🌿 Rosemary – Supports circulation and eases stiffness
🌸 Ylang Ylang – Eases muscle tension and lifts the spirit
🌟 Frankincense – Anti-inflammatory, grounding, and deeply healing
Each bottle is infused with crystal energy (clear quartz, citrine, opal, and hematite) and designed to be used during a gentle massage or energy healing session.
Even just a few drops rubbed into sore areas—combined with slow, mindful touch—can offer noticeable relief. And your dog will feel the love in every moment.
Does your dog deal with daily aches or stiffness? Let’s talk about how the Ache Away Blend and a little massage can help.

Gray fur, slower walks, and a whole lot more naps? 🐾 These can all be signs that your dog is entering their senior years—and just like us, aging brings changes that deserve extra care and understanding.
As your pup grows older, you might notice:
• Stiffness getting up or lying down
• Slower movement on walks
• More naps (and less interest in long play sessions)
• Cloudy eyes or hearing loss
• Changes in appetite or digestion
• A little more clinginess—or a little more grumpiness
The good news? There’s so much we can do to help our senior companions feel their best. ✨
💛 Gentle movement and short, sniffy walks
💛 Regular massage or Reiki to ease joint pain and support relaxation
💛 Aromatherapy blends to help with inflammation, anxiety, or digestion
💛 Clear communication and predictable routines
💛 Lots of love, patience, and soft places to rest
Senior dogs have so much wisdom and love to share. With the right support, they can live vibrant, joyful lives well into their golden years.

💛 Sunday Self-Care for Pet Parents: Caring for an Allergy-Prone Dog is Hard—Be Kind to Yourself
Alright, let’s talk about something that doesn’t get said enough—caring for a dog with allergies is exhausting.
It’s not just the itching and scratching—it’s the constant worry. The endless ingredient label reading. The trial and error with food, shampoos, supplements (and let’s be real, the vet bills). It’s waking up in the middle of the night because you hear your pup licking their paws again. 😩
And through it all, you’re doing everything you can to make them feel better. But let me ask you this… who’s making sure you feel okay?
You Deserve a Moment to Breathe
🐾 You are not a bad pet parent for feeling overwhelmed.
🐾 You are not a bad pet parent if progress feels slow.
🐾 You are not a bad pet parent for needing a break.
Caring for an allergy-prone dog is a marathon, not a sprint—and you deserve to take care of yourself along the way.
3 Simple Ways to Give Yourself Some Love Today:
💛 Take a Break from Google – You don’t have to solve every issue right this second. Breathe. Step away. Your dog is loved, and they will be okay.
💛 Enjoy a Simple Comfort Ritual – A warm cup of tea, five minutes of fresh air, journaling your wins (yes, every small win counts).
💛 Use Serenity Blend for Yourself – Yep, it’s not just for your pup! A drop on your wrists, deep inhale, exhale… Let the stress melt for a moment.
You’re Doing an Amazing Job.
Your pup doesn’t expect you to have all the answers. They just need you to love them through it. And I hope today, you show yourself that same love, too. 💛

🐶 Success Story: How Bee Went from Itchy & Miserable to Happy & Thriving
Let me tell you about my girl, Bee. 🐝 When we adopted her, I expected some adjustment time… but I wasn’t expecting her to turn into a walking allergy flare-up. 😩
🐾 Her whole body was red, itchy, and inflamed.
🐾 She scratched non-stop and couldn’t get comfortable.
🐾 Her coat looked dull, and she seemed so uncomfortable.
At first, I thought it was just the stress of a new home. But as the days went on, it was clear—this wasn’t just an adjustment period. She was struggling with allergies, and her body was in overdrive. That’s when I knew I needed to get to the root of the issue and help her heal.
The Game Plan: Healing from the Inside Out
💛 Step 1: A Fresh, Raw Diet – I switched Bee to a single-protein raw food diet to eliminate common triggers and heal her gut.
🌿 Step 2: Relief & Restore for Skin Support – Every time she had a flare-up, I applied my blend (Lemon, Ginger, Lavender, Myrrh, Sandalwood) to help calm inflammation, reduce redness, and soothe her skin.
🧪 Step 3: Allergy Testing – When I got her results back, I was shocked. 😳 She was sensitive to almost every food and environmental allergen. No wonder her poor body was freaking out!
The Transformation ✨
Within three months, everything changed.
🐾 No more red, inflamed skin.
🐾 Her coat became shiny and healthy.
🐾 She was calmer, happier, and finally comfortable.
It was like watching a completely different dog. Seeing her relaxed, thriving, and allergy-free made every step of the process worth it.
Your Dog Can Get There Too 💛
Healing allergies takes time, but with the right food, gentle support, and natural remedies, relief is possible. If your pup is struggling with itchiness, food sensitivities, or constant skin issues, don’t give up—there is a way forward.

🐶 Natural Remedies That Actually Work for Itchy, Allergy-Prone Dogs
Alright, let’s talk real relief for itchy, allergy-prone pups. Because if your dog is licking their paws raw, scratching non-stop, or rocking red, irritated skin, you know how frustrating it is to find something that actually helps. 😩
Good news? Nature has solutions. 🌿✨ Here are some proven, natural ways to help your pup feel better—without endless vet visits and medications.
🐾 5 Natural Remedies for Allergy Relief
💛 1. Bone Broth for Gut & Skin Health
A weak gut = more allergies. Bone broth is packed with collagen & amino acids that help heal the gut lining, which reduces inflammation and strengthens the immune system.
🌿 2. Herbal Rinses (Chamomile & Green Tea)
Steep chamomile or green tea, let it cool, and use it as a rinse or compress on irritated skin. It’s soothing, anti-inflammatory, and reduces redness & itchiness.
🍗 3. A High-Quality, Fresh Diet
Many kibble brands are packed with fillers, preservatives, and common allergens like chicken, wheat, and soy. Switching to a fresh, whole-food diet (cooked or raw) can reduce inflammation, boost immunity, and improve skin health.
🐾 4. Omega-3s (Fish Oil & Flaxseed)
Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and improve skin health from the inside out. Look for high-quality fish oil or ground flaxseed in your dog’s diet.
🌿 5. My Relief & Restore Blend
Packed with Lemon, Ginger, Lavender, Myrrh, and Sandalwood, this blend was made to calm red, itchy skin, soothe inflammation, and support healing—naturally.
Bonus Tip: Combine Remedies for the Best Results!
💧 Add bone broth & omega-3s to meals
🛁 Use herbal rinses post-bath
🌿 Apply Relief & Restore to irritated areas for instant comfort
Allergies are frustrating but manageable with the right support! Tomorrow, we’ll talk lifestyle adjustments & long-term solutions for keeping your pup allergy-free. 🐾✨
