🍓Strawberry Update🍓
From the company....
"I wanted to give a quick update on Strawberry delivery. The weather in Florida improved this week and looks good for the next few days, however they are still not picking at full capacity. We are planning on getting trucks out to you this weekend HOWEVER we have to stagger our loads, and work with the farmer to ensure there are enough strawberries each time we have a truck set to leave. This means I do not have a firm time/day yet for your delivery. Weather delays are very difficult, especially on strawberries because just an inch of rain will delay picking, compromise the berry, sugar level etc. We had several delays at the packing house this past weekend, causing trucks to run late and schedules to change at the last minute. The good news is we have had excellent feedback on the berries that we have been able to ship!
I am expecting to deliver your school early next week. I do not know which day that is quite yet and will confirm asap."

We just received word that due to the February freeze in FL and more recent rainstorms, our strawberry delivery date has been moved to next week (week of March 16). We are supposed to get notified by this Friday of the specific delivery day. I will keep you posted.

It's 🍓strawberry🍓 time!! Halfway FBLA and FCCLA are teaming up again to bring you fresh strawberries straight from Florida! These berries are picked and loaded directly onto a refrigerated and truck and sent straight to us. These are great for making jams/jellies/preserves, desserts (they make a mean Strawberry Pie 😍), or just to snack on! Yum!!
In addition, we are also selling Amish candies...a perfect match to these delicious berries. So, get your strawberries and chocolate treat all at the same time! 🍓🍫
Orders must be placed no later than Feb. 17th and should be ready for pick up at the high school sometime during the 2nd week of March. There are 3 ways to order:
1. Online https://orgshopper.christiankropf.com/site/campaign/2A8AA6744E0D1C9483969F02F22F8511 OR scan the QR code provided
2: From an FBLA or FCCLA member
3. You can email Rhonda Agee at [email protected]

All proceeds will help support members attending state conference and future competition expenses. We appreciate your support!!
