When my clients inherited a home, they were overwhelmed. Not only were they dealing with a loss of a loved one, they were stressed and didn’t know where to start with the sale of the home.
They contacted me and I was able to guide them each step of the way. We discussed their certificate of trust and tax implications of sale. I aided in the planning and scheduling of an estate sale, professional cleaning, and photography.
Once listed, I marketed the home and held open houses to get the home in front of as many buyers as possible. Once under contract, I aggressively negotiated price allowing them to net what they’d hoped.
During the inspection period, I scheduled and met with contractors on their behalf. Not only did this free up their time, it also ensured we got competitive bids that allowed them to respond confidently to the inspection notice.
Closing was a breeze, and my clients walked away happy. Their biggest compliment was that the entire process was stress free.

Sometimes you don’t know what you want until you see it in person. Preferences evolve — that’s normal and part of finding the right fit.

Real estate questions don’t only happen 9–5. When something’s on your mind, I want you to feel comfortable reaching out.

✨ How long the process takes

2025 was an amazing year in real estate. I was given the privilege of helping several families, first time home buyers, those who inherited a house after a loved one’s passing, and local investors as well. I learned and grew and loved every minute of it. Want to know a little something about me? I’m not one to follow or seek out curated content. It very rarely leaves me inspired or feeling good. However, I’ve caught myself feeling like that’s the type of content I need to create here, rather than sharing the real, authentic, and creative. 2026 will be different! I’m here to share all things real estate, house maintenance, and homesteading. Let’s lean into authentic!
Today I removed some old grout and resealed between our tub and tile. It’s been a project I’ve been putting off for far too long. While things took longer than expected with two kids, I made the most of the situation and really enjoyed improving both the aesthetic and functionality of our shower. Cracked grout and faulty seals are a quick and sure way for water to get behind your tile causing damage and even mold.
Real estate agents are great resources when it comes to home maintenance. Whether you want an option or need a referred contractor, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to serve you!

A day in the life of a Springfield, Missouri realtor. From final walk throughs to swim class, it was a great day as a realtor and mom. I got to help clients close on their first home and my kiddo got to tag along for some work at the office afterwards. My business is a family affair and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
