The driving force behind Lane 5 CrossFit, Tom and Billy Pappas, are the definition of elite athleticism. Both proud products of Azalea, Oregon, they started their competitive journeys right here as Lane Titans before taking on the highest levels of sport—Tom as a world-champion decathlete, and Billy as a Pac-10 decathlon champion for the Ducks.

But what makes them truly remarkable isn't just their personal achievements. True leadership isn't just about how you perform; it’s about how you lift up the people around you. Tom and Billy epitomize that truth every single day, building a gym culture centered on grit, growth, and community.
