Jim realized that his business model had to change to include ways to help people in dire economic circumstances regarding their mortgage. To that end Jim started performing "short sales". Then in 2010 Jim took things a step further and became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Jim is currently serving as Alderman for Ward One on the City of Ozark's Board of Alderman (city council) where he is the liason between the board and the Planning and Development department and the Board of Aldermen's representative to the Executive Committe for the joint Ozark/Nixa/Christian County Economic Development Project. Jim is active in the Ozark Chamber of Commerce and has been involved in numerous civic organizations including Rotary International, Kiwanis, The United Way and more.
