Franchise Dynamics® is an Illinois limited liability company owned by the iFranchise Group, Inc., and Executive Decisions Group, Inc., whose principal, Robert Stidham, serves as our President. Between them, our consultants have been responsible for the sale of well over 7,000 franchises and more than 300 cumulative years of franchise industry experience during the course of their careers. Franchise Dynamics provides a complete solution to your franchise sales needs. Our services include franchise marketing input, initial lead handling, materials distribution, preliminary qualification, presentation, FDD disclosure, “discovery day”, document management and preparation, and both pre- and post-franchise sales closing support. Client companies are responsible for purchasing their own advertising, marketing, promotional and public relations services (with our input) to generate prospective franchisee leads and will own all prospective franchisee information, which we will maintain for them in our databases. Each client company will be provided with comprehensive franchise sales metrics on a regular basis. Most important, based on your level of advertising, Franchise Dynamics will contractually commit to achieving your franchise sales goals.
