•Water regularly and deeply
•Mow and edge twice a week
•Trim shrubs and bushes
•Lay down new mulch in beds
•Touch up paint (especially trim and fascia)
•Paint or replace the front entry door
•Seal the driveway
•Perform any necessary landscaping
