This year, thanks to generous support from Educate Fairfax, families may also receive one no-cost breakfast and lunch per adult at the following six sites: Braddock Elementary, Dogwood Elementary, Glen Forest Elementary, Hutchison Elementary, Hybla Valley Elementary, and London Towne Elementary.

18 MILLION MEALS! 🎉
This school year, we served over 18 million meals to our students. That means 18 million times to reduce childhood hunger, boost classroom focus, and bring smiles to our community.
Thank you for dining with us for breakfast, lunch, snack, or supper. We can't wait to keep serving up healthy meals and smiles all summer long!
Meet our intern Emily Mowbray from George Mason University! Emily is one of many dietetic interns who rotated with FCPS Food and Nutrition Services, and she's our last intern of the school year. We are excited to spotlight Emily, who supported us with menu development, cafeteria tastings, preparing for summer meals, and more. Emily, thanks for your hard work!

Staff Spotlight: Happy Retirement to Dawn Dzurilla! ✨
For over 24 years, Dawn has served as the Kitchen Manager at Terraset Elementary. As she prepares to retire this year, she leaves behind a legacy that will be hard to match. Dawn’s dedication to her students and school community is felt every day. Even during the busiest lunch rushes, she knows her "angels" by name and greets them all with a smile.
