The hardest part of this job, by far, is the passing of our beloved clients pups. These messages and calls never get easier.

Seeing these sweet babies every 4-5-6 weeks, for years, gives you a connection and deep love for them that's indescribable.

Today, we lost one of our favorite girls ever.. Indie the Golden retriever. 🥺 She was the sweetest. She loved getting pampered. Every four weeks, on Friday, she would come running in, pushing my gate open and give me the biggest happy dance (with her whole b***y shakin') to be here. She truly brightened the shop with her sweet but chill demeanor. My heart aches for my clients and their children. Please send love and healing 💔❤️‍🩹 She will be deeply missed.

We wanted to thank everyone for the many referrals. We can't even keep up with them and are so grateful you think of us when it comes to your beloved pup!

At this time we are NOT accepting new clients, as we are at our capacity. We strive on giving each pup the time they deserve and adding any more would be a disservice to our current clients and pups.

We cannot thank you enough for the outpour of love we have received this week after losing one of our own furry family members.

We're truly beyond grateful for each and every one of you for the love, changes of appointments and support🥹🤎

When you're a dog groomer, it hits different when you lose your own pet.. I learned this all too well after our pup Olli passed 2 years ago. I went to work the very next day and it was a huge mistake. I sobbed the entire day.. everything reminded me of him.

On Tuesday morning at 2am, we had to make the tough decision to put our first family pet to rest at the emergency hospital. Our entire bunch surrounded him with love as we said our goodbyes.

We made the decision to take yesterday and today off, to spend time with our family and heal a bit.

Our love for pets goes beyond our babies at home. This is why we love your pups like our own. We know the place they hold in your families heart and we never take that trust for granted. It's truly an honor.

While I know this pain isn't going to magically go away before we return to work- I know I need these couple days with my family. I'm giving myself patience and grace and that's something I haven't been great at in the past, after a similar situation.
