Today we said goodbye to someone who has been so much more than a dental assistant.

Over five years ago, Emily walked through our doors as an extern while she was still in dental assisting school. It didn’t take long to realize she was someone special, and we were fortunate enough to hire her immediately after graduation.

Since then, she has cared for countless patients with kindness, compassion, and a smile that made everyone feel at ease. She has been a trusted teammate, an incredible assistant, and a friend who has helped make our office feel like family.

Tonight we gathered with current and former team members to celebrate Emily and everything she has meant to our practice. Seeing so many people come together is a testament to the impact she’s had on all of us.

While we’re heartbroken to see her move to Texas, we’re excited for this next chapter in her life. We know she’ll do amazing things, and Texas is gaining one incredible dental assistant—and an even better person.

Emily, thank you for your loyalty, your hard work, your laughter, and for helping shape our practice into what it is today. You’ll always be part of our office family, and you’ll always have a home here.

We wish you nothing but happiness, success, and endless adventures. We’ll miss you more than words can say. ❤️

Today we say goodbye to an incredible member of our team, Kendra. We thank you for everything you have done over the years. Whether it was helping patients feel comfortable in the chair or supporting the team behind the scenes, Kendra made a lasting impact.

We’re so grateful for the time, dedication, and heart you shared with us. You’ll always be part of the Milner family.

🌴☀️A Letter From Kendra☀️🌴

After 10 WONDERFUL years as a Hygienist here at Milner Dentistry, it’s time for a new adventure — my family and I are packing up and moving to Florida! ☀️

It’s definitely a bittersweet goodbye. I feel so lucky to have worked with an amazing team and gotten to know so many of you over the years as patients. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust you placed in me to care for you and your families. The best part of my job has always been building those relationships — and I will miss you all.

My last day will be July 30th, so for those I may not get to see in person before then: thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your lives. It’s been a short 10 years and I appreciate you all.
