for leading such an informative class on balance. Emily shared practical ways to improve strength and flexibility, and incorporate simple daily stretches and balance exercises that can help prevent falls and keep us active as we age.
Emily also reminded us that physical therapy isn't just for recovery after surgery. By addressing movement, strength, and mobility concerns early, many people may improve their function, reduce pain, and in some cases even avoid surgery altogether. At Ally Wellness, Emily's passion is helping people remain independent, healthy, and confident as they age.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a fun evening! We love bringing our community together to learn, grow, and support one another on our wellness journeys.
