UFPO Partners with Crissy Webster Counseling Services, LLC for Wellness and Critical Support
The United Federation of Police Officers (UFPO) is proud to announce it has formally retained Crissy Webster Counseling Services, LLC to provide comprehensive in state mental wellness support, including additional critical incident response services, to our members across Vermont.
This partnership represents a significant step forward in ensuring every law enforcement professional has immediate, reliable access to the care they deserve. From the moment I accepted this position, I made it clear securing in state, real time mental health support was non-negotiable and today, I’m grateful to say we’ve delivered on that commitment.
With Crissy Webster Counseling Services, LLC UFPO members will not face the frustration of coordinating with out-of-state providers or the dangerous delays too often accompany highly stressful incidents you all face. Instead, members will have access to a trusted Vermont based clinician who understands our communities, our work, and the challenges our officers confront.
This is about meeting law enforcement professionals where they are, swiftly, professionally, and compassionately when they need support the most.
