It is our understanding that State Farm will be opening its Customer Care site for auto inspection appointments-scheduled with your adjustor- beginning Friday, May 8th, if not sooner, when site inspection has been approved by city officials. The Customer Care center will be located at 1831 W. Kearney St.

*Customers that arrive without an appointment will not be turned away, but please know you will encounter a delay and our team will accommodate you as best they can.

Depending on the classification of your auto claim(s) there will be other options available for auto inspections- video, photo, Select Service repair facilities (outside of Greene County. Your adjustor will discuss these options and help you schedule the most convenient option for you and your family’s schedule.

We know it’s been a stressful week for you, but we hope you can get outside this weekend and enjoy Springfield!
