Hey everyone! Just finished another patio and fire pit for some good friends! Hope you guys enjoy it this summer! The trenches in the early photos are french drains to take water around the patio from the gutters.

Due to the poor grading by builders, this family had 4 gutters from each their neighbors dumping water into their backyard on top of their own 7 gutters. Needless to say they have erosion issues! By burying their downspouts with the French drains, it will eliminate over 70% of the erosion in their back yard. Now to get the neighbors on board!

Cross Cut was certainly busy with sod this year. In all, over 20 semi truck loads where laid on houses and businesses alike.

This pool area was neglected for two seasons. Who knew there was a deck in there!

A simple job, but now this client has plenty of space for his grill and smoker.

The front of this house was full of shrubbery that had to go. So after being pulled out by the root balls, the retaining wall went up along with Alabama Sunburst gravel to brighten up the front of them home and instantly made the home look 10 years newer! After the front they decided to attack the back and side of the home to fill in areas that will never grow grass to prevent erosion and muddy situations after every rain.
