It is so rich and creamy almost like they added condensed milk and cream cheese. Crunchy vanilla wafers mixed in and loaded on top. The wings were fire 🔥 too!! We had the Honey 🍯 Sriracha. The perfect anount of smoke flavor and then they fry them to perfection and toss em in the sauce. When we unlocked the restaurant this morning, we noticed our prep table (a refrigerated unit) was 76 degrees. Cue PANIC MODE! 😱

After throwing out all the toppings and calling a repair man, we are now back to a cool temp and open for business as of 4pm!

The bad news… This is a costly repair. We need to sell 10 of our $30 specials tonight to cover this repair. That doesn’t even account for lost product, lost lunch revenue, labor, and food cost.
