Day 3 Annual MASC/MASS joint conference highlights:

- interesting breakfast panel discussion about what comes next after this election
- an excellent session on learning to listen
- lunch with the Massachusetts Teacher of the Year, De’Shawn Washington
- a very successful delegate meeting

Day 2 at the Massachusetts Association of School Committees/MASS Joint Conference highlights:

- learning more about how to disagree with dignity
- met even more cool colleagues who have awesome ideas and initiatives in their districts
- more uses for Data to make informed budget decisions
- a very poignant session on poverty and how resource scarcity affects the brain and learning
- more networking with colleagues from across the state
