Springfield Dental Care, Dr. Nicholas Hein is continuing to accept applications for a full time dental assistant. We have been hiring for this position, in some form, since roughly September of 2018. Several folks have inquired about this being a new position or if someone has already been hired. The truth is, no one has been hired for this role.

We’ve had some fantastic candidates and met some great people, but at the end of the day, a small private dental office is a team and with a small team, every hire makes a huge impact in the environment. Finding that perfect person that makes our team better requires that we search and search until the perfect person comes along.

Here's who we're looking for: A dental assistant ready to be a key player on an outstanding team. We are hiring a dental assistant who views the role of a dental assistant the same way we do: A career built around the ability to manage the clinical operations of a busy practice and the compassion to ensure patients have an outstanding experience.

We will train the perfect person for this role, but preference will be given to candidates with some experience.

If you are a dental assistant, we’d love to talk to you and hear what you’ve done in the past and see how you could fit with our team. Pay will range based on experience but can be up to $42,000 per year with 3 weeks paid vacation, 401k, all uniforms provided, and more. Schedule is:

Mon & Tues: 7:30-5:30 pm
Wed: 7:30-5
Thu: 6:30 - 4
Every other Fri: 8-12
