Russell Completes Acquisition of O'Reilly Build - Russell Group Construction & Development Russell has completed the acquisition of Springfield, MO-based O’Reilly Build. The acquisition brings a fourth office for the construction and development firm, having completed successful acquisitions in St. Louis in 2020 and Kansas City in 2022.

MOUNTAINTOP HOMES | Showcasing construction milestones with our clients is always a delight!

This week, our leadership team met with representatives of O'Reilly Development Company, LLC and O'Reilly Build, LLC at the Mountaintop Homes construction site.

Eight of the units will be reserved for veterans at risk of homelessness and their families. These families will receive direct support from an on-site CCSOMO case manager.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION | Mountaintop Homes, located in Mt. Vernon, MO, will comprise 42 residential townhomes, offering a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Notably, 8 units will be reserved for Veterans and their families at risk of homelessness.
