Charcuterie boards are a great option when it comes to choosing something healthy for your body and your teeth this winter! Make sure to include things like apples, cheese and carrots.

Here are a few reasons why...

Apples are packed with fiber which is an excellent nutrient for mouth-health, and supports a healthy digestive system. Fibrous fruits and vegetables actually scrub teeth as they are being consumed.

Cheese is high in calcium, which promotes strong teeth and bones.
Cheese also contains a protein called casein, which strengthens tooth enamel and helps keep cavities at bay.

Carrots stimulate saliva production which helps prevent the buildup of bad bacteria that can lead to cavities.
